Nursery DIY: Clip Frames

Baby & Kids Rooms, DIY, Room Design

I have a lot of frames in the nursery so I wanted to change it up with some clip frames. And I don’t know about you, but sometimes I have a mental block with changing out pictures in frames. It’s not really that hard, but it can be a pain to remove the back, and then if you’ve used Command strips…yeah, these clip frames make photo swapping easier.
So, I picked up some 50-percent-off frames from Hobby Lobby along with some scrapbook paper and clips.
The clips were silver so I gave those a couple coats of white spray paint. To attach the scrapbook paper to the glass, I mod podged the glass as well as the front side of the scrapbook paper to give it a bit of a textured look. I initially hot glued the clips, but those came right off because of the mod podge so then I used super glue and that did the trick.
I used Command strips to hang the frame after I put in the photo. Easy peasy.
