I would go broke if I bought all the headbands Baby Girl needs, so I’ve decided to start making them. I have no idea what I’m doing, but I’m enjoying figuring it out.
Here are a few of the supplies. I also used some needle/thread, hot glue and a felt circle to attach the bow to the headband.
I accidentally bought 18 inch headbands, which were too big for my seven month old. I think 16 inches is the better size for that age.
I started by determining the size I wanted, then wrapped it around one more time. Then I sewed and bunched.
For the red part I used a lot of hot glue and I looped and looped.
Then I hot glued the button on top.
I don’t have a photo, but I hot glued it all together with a felt circle on the inside.
My next post will be more nursery DIY. Have a great 4th!
